Responsibilities Adversaries don't operate in the open — and finding them requires more than data. It requires the disciplined application of HUMINT targeting tradecraft to identify, characterize, and track the people and networks behind the threats. Peraton is seeking a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support USCYBERCOM J2X at Fort Meade, MD, applying advanced targeting expertise to support the command's intelligence requirements and operational decision-making.In this role, you'll conduct HUMINT target development and analysis, produce targeting products that directly inform operational planning, and collaborate with IC counterparts to deconflict and validate assessments. You'll work within a sensitive, mission-critical environment where your expertise in HUMINT collection authorities, targeting methodologies, and tradecraft standards shapes how USCYBERCOM understands and acts against adversary capabilities.This is a senior-level role for a HUMINT professional who brings deep targeting experience, a thorough command of IC analytic standards, and the judgment to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes command environment.What You'll Do Apply advanced HUMINT targeting expertise to support USCYBERCOM intelligence requirements and operational decision-makingConduct HUMINT target development and analysis to identify and characterize adversary capabilities, networks, and activitiesProduce HUMINT targeting products supporting operational planning and decision-makingCollaborate with IC counterparts to deconflict and validate HUMINT targeting assessmentsSupport collection requirements development to address HUMINT intelligence gapsDevelop and present intelligence briefings to USCYBERCOM J2X staff and senior leadershipRespond to Requests for Information (RFIs) related to HUMINT targetingApply proper handling and dissemination procedures for sensitive HUMINT materialsAdhere to ODNI and DIA all-source analytic tradecraft and standardsDocument Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned#USCCJ2Qualifications What You Bring Required:Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with PolygraphMinimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhDWorking knowledge of HUMINT targeting methodologies, target development processes, and IC/DoD classification guidelinesDemonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and assessments in Microsoft Office formatsProficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniquesUnderstanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across HUMINT platformsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferred:Background in HUMINT operations, target development, or source managementExperience with HUMINT targeting tools and databasesFamiliarity with DoD HUMINT collection authorities and targeting oversight requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
