Security Operations Center OfficerProsegur Security is looking to fill multiple Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer positions in Ridgefield, CT. The Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer plays a critical role in protecting the people and assets of a large corporate client. SOC Operators are a key piece of the security ecosystem—monitoring real-time activity, responding to incidents, and supporting emergency management functions that keep operations safe and resilient.This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.Hourly starting wage: $22.00Full Time Position - Sunday 7am - 3pm & Monday - Wednesday 3p - 11pm (32 hours)Key Responsibilities:Monitor live and recorded CCTV feeds to detect, assess, and escalate security incidents.Conduct video reviews to support investigations, audits, and compliance requirements.Manage access control systems, including badge permissions, door alarms, and visitor authorization.Serve as a central communication point during emergencies, including medical events, fire alarms, severe weather, and security threats.Document incidents thoroughly and contribute to after-action reviews.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.Strong verbal and written communication skillsPositive attitude and outlookWorks well under stress and makes sound decisions.1–3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center, corporate security, law enforcement, military, or related field.Familiarity with CCTV platforms, access control systems, and alarm monitoring tools.Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Certification Requirements:Security Guard CardEducation Requirements:High School DiplomaAdditional Information / Benefits:401K/403b PlanDental InsurancePaid VacationPaid Sick DaysVision InsuranceMedical InsuranceThe following screenings are required:Education VerificationCriminal Background CheckDrug ScreenThe following shifts are available:Day shiftNight shiftWeekend shift
