Together, we protect what matters most.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter illegal activities and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.Provide exceptional customer service and greet employees and visitors.Patrol property on golf cart; observe and report any suspicious activity.Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.Inspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.Comply with all state regulations, including maintaining current unarmed security license in Florida.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (minimum of 1 hour).Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.Must be capable of functioning independently and remaining calm in high-pressure or intense situations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid D Security License in the state of Florida.Must have at least 3yrs of security experience in Gatehouse, Rover and Front Desk.Must be able to quickly learn various operating systems in a short amount of time.Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.Must pass a background check and drug screening.Various posts in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, Fl.Why Join PGSUSA?Competitive compensation and benefits.Uniforms provided at no cost.Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement.A commitment to training and professional development.Equal Opportunity Employer:PGSUSA is an equal opportunity employer.
