Corrections Specialist 3 (CS3) - Position NX80The Community Corrections Division has a permanent, full-time Corrections Specialist 3 (CS3) opening available. This position, NX80, is within the Family Offender Sentencing Alternative (FOSA) / Community Parenting Alternative (CPA) program, which is located in Bellingham, WA.The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Work hours are determined by unit needs and are at the discretion of the unit supervisor. If you are currently working an alternate work schedule, please be aware that this position may not be able to honor that schedule. This experience may have been acquired concurrently with the above experience.ORHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent ANDSeven (7) years' experience as a Community Corrections Officer within the Washington State Department of Corrections.ANDOne (1) year experience working collaboratively with other agencies, providers, or local city governments in providing case management that includes direct family re-unification services or family-based treatment/counseling.
