Working remotely, the full-time SOC Analyst will manage enterprise security monitoring, investigate alerts, and support incident response activities to identify and mitigate potential threats within the organization's systems.Key responsibilitiesMonitor enterprise security telemetry and alerts to identify potential threats or suspicious activitiesConduct investigations of security alerts to determine legitimacy and potential impact on enterprise systemsSupport investigation and response activities during confirmed or suspected cybersecurity incidentsRequired qualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in security operations or incident responseExperience with enterprise security tools, including SIEM platforms and endpoint detection and response (EDR)Ability to analyze security alerts, logs, and telemetry to identify malicious activityFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Critical Security ControlsWillingness to obtain a US Security Clearance
