The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Team size: 45+ people between office and field staff Projects: They specialize in high-end residential construction, ground up and renovation projects worth up to $15M. Their bread and butter is $2-5M. They also have an in-house Home Services division that provides preventative maintenance. Really strong reputation in the market Really high-end work Tight-knit team, family oriented Both Principals started as Supervisors and worked their way up - room for growth Promote from within- wants someone who this is their last stop Do not hire based on projects- hire for long term fits Description Manage daily on-site construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material availability. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations. Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with construction goals. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address issues. Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets established standards. Maintain detailed records of project progress and site activities. Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays. Profile A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and plans. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently.
