Description
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, or a related field; and
- Five (5) years of professional full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition experience in:
- Independently managing complex and high-volume full-cycle recruitments and providing strategic recruitment guidance to hiring managers
- Developing targeted sourcing strategies and sustainable talent pipelines for specialized, technical, skilled-trade, and difficult-to-fill positions
- Recruiting for positions within public transit, government/public sector, skilled trades, safety-sensitive operations, or another highly regulated environment
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR desired
