Poulin | Willey is seeking an experienced Trial Lawyer to join our growing personal injury team. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients throughout South Carolina and requires an active South Carolina Bar license in good standing .We are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients and are looking for an attorney with strong courtroom skills, proven litigation experience, and a commitment to client service. You will take ownership of your caseload and lead matters from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial.What You Will DoRepresent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict.Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda.Conduct and defend depositions.Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations.Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.RequirementsActive membership in the South Carolina bar, in good standing.Ideally 1+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas, but willing to train those with less experience.Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Note: This role can sit ANYWHERE in South Carolina!
