I have a client located in the Hudson area that has an opportunity for a Dispatch Assistant. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in discussing this role,In this role, you will be working as a Dispatch Assistant for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics for a construction company.This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked onsite.Pay; $40,000-$50,000/Yr. depending on experienceCommunicate with production coordinator on scheduled projectsCommunicate with customers on delivery dates and location through completion of the projectsBreakdown drawings to determine number of loads, positioning on the trailer etc..Prepare and maintain all documents (pack slips) to be given to driversCoordinate with warehouse on materials neededDirect all internal and external trucks coming onto the property#J-18808-Ljbffr
