Description

Performs various duties to include mowing/grass cutting, picking up debris, light custodial and construction work.

• Effectively and safely operate equipment.
• Cut weeds or brush with mowers.
• Perform daily debris clean up of property.
• Perform light custodial duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of safety precautions necessary to avoid accidents. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to understand and carry out instructions received in writing or verbally.
