Description

We are seeking a Human Resources professional to administer a broad range of HR programs and services. Working independently and exercising sound judgment, this role serves as a trusted resource to employees and managers on recruitment and a wide range of HR topics. Implement new HR initiatives and provide guidance to employees and managers for human resources policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.



Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. Additional experience and/or education can be substituted to meet typical qualifications. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:

Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources program administration and completion of a bachelor’s degree* in human resources management, business or public administration, industrial psychology, or a related field.

*A degree is not required and additional relevant work experience may be substituted to meet the college coursework/bachelor's degree standard.
