Workdays & Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM* *Subject to Change DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide production support for business-critical applications, including proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid resolution of critical incidents. Develop and troubleshoot custom applications and interfaces using programming languages within the .NET technology stack. Serve as the primary liaison to business and functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Work at the highest technical level across all phases of application systems analysis and support. Coordinate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions for support activities and enhancement requests, ensuring full understanding, documentation, communication, and execution of customer business needs. Oversee change management and release processes.
Provide mentoring and training to team members as needed. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Perform a variety of IT development, management, and support tasks for assigned departments or divisions under the direction of the IT Lead.
EXPERIENCE /REQUIREMENTS - At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL database, report development and .NET technologies
- One or more years of Experience in Visual Studio and DevOps
- Experience in
- NET technologies and programming skills in Vb.Net , C#, Rest API, Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS
- Microsoft office products
WORKING CONDITIONS There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature, and air conditions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related field.
Information systems-specific technical certifications may be substituted for 1 year of either the education or the experience requirement, as applicable. Related professional Information Systems experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
EXPERIENCE: At least five (5) years of technology experience supporting IT applications.
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related field may be substituted for two years of the experience requirement
