Description

Under the supervision of the Housing and Community Affairs Division Manager or designee, performs responsible administrative and program support work related to housing and community services programs, including client intake, income and eligibility documentation, resident assistance, and records management. The position serves as a primary point of contact for residents seeking assistance and supports the administration of grant-funded programs, including but not limited to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP).

Minimum Requirements (Must meet by the closing date of the posting unless otherwise stated)

*Additional qualifying experience beyond the two (2) years may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
