LAWA's Revenue and Experience Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant Il to provide support to the Assistant General Manager Airports. The responsibilities of this position include working with sensitive materials, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings with both internal and external stakeholders, coordinating division travel, and ensuring seamless office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, demonstrates advanced Microsoft Office skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Two years of full-time paid experience in a class at the level of Secretary performing all of the following secretarial work: routing calls to the appropriate person or location; maintaining appointment calendars; arranging appointments and meetings; preparing for and setting up meetings; taking minutes of meetings; reviewing and editing documents; reading, routing, and tracking incoming and outgoing correspondence; and composing routine correspondence.
