Position/Program InformationThe Los Angeles County Department of Homeless Services & Housing is seeking an experienced, strategic, and equity-driven leader to serve as Head, Office of Unincorporated Services and Strategies. This executive role leads homelessness prevention and response efforts in the County’s unincorporated communities, advancing Board-directed priorities to strengthen coordination, accountability, and service delivery.
The Head of the Office of Unincorporated Services and Strategies directs strategy, funding alignment, stakeholder engagement, and performance-driven implementation in partnership with Board offices, County departments, service providers, and community stakeholders. The position also oversees community needs assessment, policy and program development, data and reporting strategy, public-facing resources, and equity-focused efforts to improve outcomes for disproportionately impacted communities.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and lead place-based, equitable solutions to homelessness during a critical period in the County’s response.

Salary:
$163,997.00 - $255,048.00 Annually
