Job Description

SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, plans, directs and manages the activities of the City’s Facilities Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent; AND seven years’ experience in facilities management, including three years of supervisory or management experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. May have some exposure to an outdoor work environment with potential exposure to dangerous machinery and extreme weather conditions.
